DELAWARE CODE INFORMATION
In the State of Delaware, a Certified Pool Operato®r is now required.

In definitions, it states: “Approved Pool Operator” means a person who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has successfully completed pool a operator training course which is approved by the Division.
Pool Operator - The operation of every pool shall be monitored by an approved pool operator. This person may be part of the pool staff or from a private company and shall monitor the pool as often as necessary to maintain compliance with these Regulations.The approved pool operator’s certificate issued by the Division, or a copy, shall be available for viewing by any patron or representative of the Division upon request. The Division reserves the right to revoke the approval of any operator based upon evidence of malfeasance or non-feasance.
