HOURS: FT & PT from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
JOB SUMMARY:  Supervises safe, clean and appealing Club swimming facilities. 
REQUIREMENTS: CPR, 1st Aid/AED, Lifeguard Training Certifications
Preferred CPO but not necessary.
DUTIES:  Supervises all pool staff when on duty.  Assist Director with formulating work schedules for guard employees.  Maintain proper chemical balance in pools as well as mechanical equipment.  Assist with necessary orientation and training for pool staff.  Enforces Club rules of safety and conduct.  Assist and directs pool related special events.  Represents the pool in Club activities.  Oversee all necessary records concerning pool attendance, chemical usage accident reports, incident reports and lifeguard schedules.  Serves as lifeguard when necessary.  Maintains a courteous, polite and helpful relationship with all members and guests.  Coordinates Club activity during the competitive home swim team meets.

COMPENSATION: based on experience and certifications.
